Flight safety

Safety is our top priority, so please always listen carefully to the pilot and ground crew instructions and follow them accordingly.

On the ground before takeoff

• Listen to the briefing: Pay close attention to the pre-flight safety briefing. You will be instructed on how to use seat belts, headsets, and what to do in an emergency.

• Rotor danger: Never approach or leave the helicopter without a clear signal from the pilot or ground crew.

• Approach zone: Approach and leave the helicopter only from the front or the side so that the pilot can always see you.

• Never approach the tail: The tail rotor spins very fast, is difficult to see, and is deadly. Always stay away from the rear of the helicopter.

• Stay low: When approaching or leaving the helicopter, always walk slightly crouched.

• Secure your belongings: Remove and secure all loose items, such as hats, caps, scarves, and glasses, before approaching the helicopter. The rotor wash can blow them away and into the rotor system.

• Keep items horizontal: If you have long objects (e.g., tripods), keep them horizontal at waist level, not vertical or on your shoulder.

• No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the helicopter.

During the flight

• Seat belt: Your seat belt must be fastened at all times, from the moment you board until you are cleared to unfasten it after landing.

• Do not touch controls: Under no circumstances should you touch any flight controls, buttons, or instruments in the cockpit.

• Headset: Wear and use the provided headset. It protects your hearing and allows you to communicate with the pilot.

• Keep items inside: Do not stick your hands, phones, cameras, or selfie sticks out of the windows (if they are open). Items must be securely held on your lap or in your hands.

• Do not distract the pilot: Avoid unnecessary conversation or sudden movements, especially during takeoff and landing — these are the most critical phases of the flight.

• Report how you feel: If you feel nauseous or experience any discomfort, inform the pilot immediately via the headset.

After landing — disembarking

• Stay in your seat: Do not unfasten your seat belt or attempt to open the doors until the pilot gives permission to do so.

• Wait for the rotors to stop: If possible, wait for the blades to come to a complete stop before exiting. If disembarking while the rotors are spinning, follow the same rules as when boarding.

• Correct exit: Exit on command, staying crouched, and immediately walk forward or to the side (within the pilot's field of vision) while moving away from the helicopter.

• Do not walk towards the rear: Never walk towards the tail section of the helicopter.
